Uncomfortably HOT . . . .

This has been a very warm summer so far. I think we’ve had the AC on more so far than all of last summer. I’m not fond of it to be sure. Thankfully, the upcoming week will give a little relief. There is the chance for popup storms with the heat and humidity today and tomorrow. We were barely missed by one yesterday, that caused some damage just to our south.
Our 1 PM temperature is 87°F, the humidity is 54% and winds are from the SW at 5-8 mph. Skies are partly cloudy. The pressure is 29.99 in and falling. The dew point is 68°F. Yesterday’s high was 88°F and the overnight low was 73°F. Average temps for this date are 82°F/59°F. The UV Index is high at 7. Visibility is 10 miles. Record temps for July 4 are 102°F (1921) and 41°F (1963). Sunrise was at 6:04 AM and sunset will be at 9:18 PM.
