A Little Overnight Rain . . . . .

A Little Overnight Rain . . . . .

We received a little rain overnight which only measured 0.03″ in my gauge.  It wasn’t enough to really make a difference, but now skies have cleared and the sun is shining brightly.  We are seeing an increase in color everyday, and these cold nights are really aiding it.  Our weather is in a bit of a back-and-fourth mode with a few 70 degree days still showing up.  Temps are still much above normal, making our October very pleasant.

Our 1:30 PM temperature is 56°F, the humidity is 67%. and winds are from the NNW at 0-4 mph.  Skies are mostly clear and the pressure is 30.06 in and rising.  Visibility is 11 miles and the dew point is 47°F.  Average temps for this date are 60°F/43°F.  Record temps for Oct. 14 are 81°F (2008) and 28°F (2006).  Sunrise was at 7:50 AM and sunset will be at 6:54 PM.
