More January Weather . . . .

Our morning began with almost clear skies, then the clouds moved in and it has been snowing very lightly most of the day. We had 4 inches of snow cover, received another inch overnight, so now we have 5. There isn’t much wind and temps are hovering right near freezing, so it isn’t a bad day to be out shopping. We aren’t expecting much change in the weather over the next week, no noticeable warming anytime soon. I think there is a good chance for a white Christmas.
Our 2:30 temp is 27°F, the humidity is 73%, and skies are overcast. Winds are from the ENE at 4-9 mph. The wind chill is 22°F and the pressure is 30.28 in and rising. Yesterday’s high was 32°F and the overnight low was 23°F. Record temps for Dec. 6 are 55°F (2017) and 6°F (2025) Sunrise was at 7:54 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.
