It’s Like A Day In January . . . . .

This is much too cold for this time of year.  Usually, we’re lucky to even see any lasting snow in December.  This year it came and doesn’t show any signs of leaving anytime soon.  Temperatures are much below where they should be and it’s hard to believe it’s only December.  We received another inch of snow early this morning, so we now have about 6 inches of snow pack.  We were warned by several YouTube weather analyzers that computers predicted this to be a very snowy winter.  So far, it’s been proven to be true.

Our 4:30 PM temperature is 33°F, the humidity is 82%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the SW at 6 mph, and the pressure is 29.28 in and falling.  The dew point is 26°F and visibility is 5 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 23°F and the low was 18°F.  Normal temps for this date are 36°F/24°F.  Record temps for Dec. 8 and 48°F (2023) and -4°F (2025).  Sunrise was at 7:56 AM and sunset will be at 5:01 PM.
