A Little Sun But Not Much Warmth . . . . .

We have partly cloudy skies this afternoon and a snow cover of about 3 inches. We had snow showers yesterday which gave us another inch. This morning brought some light flurries which didn’t add much to our snow cover. At least the sun makes it brighter but it is still very cold.
Our 2 PM temperature is 22°F, the humidity is 65% and winds are from the west at 5-10 mph, and the pressure is 29.70 in and steady., The dew point is 9°F and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 20°F and the overnight low was 18°F. Average temps for this date are 31°F/21°F. Record temps for Jan. 1 are 59°F (2005) and -10F (2018).
