We had a thunderstorm yesterday afternoon which dropped 0.74″ of rain on us. Overnight, we received another 0.03″, so I think we have enough rain for a while. Okay, I think I’m ready for autumn. This 90°F weather is really getting to me. It’s too hot to even go out and sit. The Weather Service is promising us some rain today. We could also see some heavy, if not severe, thunderstorms. These are already occurring up north but we’ve yet to see any rain here.
