We have about half an inch to an inch of snow cover right now, and even with the sun, nothing is melting. My poor dog doesn’t want to go out, even with the nice coat that she has, because the frosty snow burns her little feet. I went out and shoved a path for her. Temperatures were warm enough all night that we lost half of our snow. The rest should be gone by tonight. Highs could reach near 50F and will remain so through tomorrow. After this past week, it feels balmy out there. Our sky has cleared enough to let the sun shine and will make it feel even warmer.
