Today will be the warmest day that we will have for a while. Highs should reach the mid to upper 80s with rain in the forecast for tonight. That should cool us off for the next several days. We finally received rain yesterday afternoon, and it continues into this morning. It wasn’t nearly as much as we hoped for but any is better than nothing. We need some rain badly. Farmers are getting their fields planted, and it is so dry that they are leaving clouds of dust behind their tractors as they work.
