Mid Michigan Weather

We have another heat wave on the way for the next several days and I’m loving it.  Yesterday was quite nice with comfortable temperatures and sun most of the day.  I love this type of weather in October which is my favorite month of the year.  Although it just brings the promise of winter, it’s a beautiful finale to the summer months. I shouldn’t be surprised with this weather since it is closer to normal than what we had a week ago.  I’ve noticed that the colors haven’t changed much since we left 10 days ago.   I guess that the 90 degree weather put a hold on the leaves for now.  We are expecting some above-normal highs once again this week, but nothing like we have had.  I don’t mind the 60s and 70s one bit, in fact, that’s perfect for my…
