Sunny But Very Cold in Mid Michigan
To look out the window, it looks absolutely beautiful out there, but on stepping outdoors, reality sets in. It was only 13° when I got up this morning and it hasn’t warmed up much since then. On the positive side, skies are clear and we have sunshine for a change. Yesterday was dreary, wet and windy. Late last night we had snow showers and the ground was starting to get covered, but by this morning, most of it was gone. There was only 0.02″ in my gauge but my deck has a very light amount of snow cover. Highs today won’t even come close to the normal range.

The pressure is 30.62 in and rising. The dew point is 2°F (-17°C). Yesterday’s high was 42°F (5°C), and the overnight low was 13°F (-13°C). Averages for this date are 50°F / 33°F.
