Mild, Foggy Weather For Mid Michigan
Our Thursday morning is mild but fog is developing at the present time. We received 0.03″ overnight and showers are expected to continue through the day. Highs will continue to fall as we go through the weekend and Sunday will feel more like Christmas than Easter. Our first week of April will be cold with the possibility of some snow. Spring is having a hard time taking hold this year and I have heard that long-range predictions are calling for a hot, dry summer for our region. I wish we would start seeing some evidence of that.
Our 9 AM temp is 41.7°F (5°C), the humidity is 97% with light fog and rain. Winds are calm and skies are overcast. The dew point is 39°F (3°C) and the pressure is 29.89 in (1011.9 mb) and steady. Visibility is 2 miles. Yesterday’s high was 46°F (7°C) and the overnight low was 40°F (4°C). Averages for this date are 47°F / 30°F.
