Michigan Continues in Drought Status, Some Areas Worse Than Others
DROUGHT AREAS
It has been over a month for some parts of Michigan since they have received any rain. We were lucky and got some about 4-5 days ago, but we could use a lot more. Scattered showers and thunderstorms formed over he state yesterday afternoon but they all missed my area. The central regions seem to get most of it. At least the lawn may not grow that much while we are gone although chances of rain seem to be on the increase over the next few days. We’re leaving tomorrow morning for camp and will be there until the 8th.
Our 8:45 AM temp is 65°F (18°C), the humidity is 89%, and skies are mostly cloudy. Winds are calm. The pressure is 30.07 in and steady. The dew point is 62°F (17°C) and visibility is 7 miles. Sunrise was at 6:25 AM and sunset will be at 8:58 PM. Yesterday’s high was 82°F (28°C) and the overnight low was 57°F (15°C). Averages for this date are 83°F / 60°F.
