Much Needed Rain In The Forecast For Most of Michigan

Yesterday brought rain to most of lower Michigan although  most areas didn’t get that much.  Here in Topinabee, it was mostly thunder and some wind.  The rain amounted to hard sprinkles which lasted about 15 minutes.  At home, they only got 0.05 in.  I don’t have a rain gauge here at the campground but I don’t think that we even got that much.  This morning is very cool and cloudy.  Our high is expected to be in the low 70s so it should be a comfortable day.

Our 8:30 AM temp is 64°F (18°C), the humidity is 90% and winds are calm.  The dew point is 61°F (16°F) and skies are overcast.  The pressure is 29.95 in and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 85° and the overnight low was 63°F.  Averages for this date are 71°F / 60°F.
