We are seeing our temperatures rising a little more everyday with excessive heat expected next week. The heat index is expected to rise above 100 degrees one day. Our wonderful summer weather continues with plenty of sun, low humidity, and warm temperatures. Unfortunately we have a heat wave coming with more highs in the 80s to near 90 degrees. We’ll be heading north again a week from today, and I’m happy that our new AC unit has been installed in our trailer since it’s supposed to be very hot up there next week. Our morning temperatures started out in the 50s, and it was great sleeping weather last night. Today has been comfortably cool with plenty of sun. This is great weather and for me, it’s perfect. I know that there is more hot, humid weather coming but I’ll enjoy this while it lasts. We had a brief shower yesterday afternoon which left us with 0.04″, not really enough to make a difference.
