Hot And Dry For Our Monday – Mid Michigan
Today is the beginning of a hot week. Temperatures will reach into the 90s by the week’s end. Today’s high should reach well into the 80s and we are still without AC. Hopefully, they’ll be able to fix it tomorrow. Our AC unit is very old and we may need to have a new one installed. Whichever it is, I just hope it doesn’t take too long. Multiple thunderstorms developed yesterday afternoon but they all missed us. The same is expected today.
Our 1 PM temperature is 81°F (27°C), the humidity is 56%, and winds are from the SW at 4-8 mph. The dew point is 63°F (17°C) and the pressure is 30.02 in (1016.6 mb) and steady. The real feel temp is 92°F ( 33°C). Skies are clear but they appear smokey once again. The Air Quality Index is good at 45, and the UV Index is very high at 9. Visibility is 25 miles. Yesterday’s high was 78°F (26°C) and the overnight low was 57°F (14°C). Average temps for this date are 82°F/60°F.
