A Perfect Day in Mid Michigan

A Perfect Day in Mid Michigan

Yesterday was a gorgeous day with clear skies, light breezes, low humidity, and temps in the 70s.  In fact, it was perfect in my book.  I got a lot done, getting screens on the rest of my windows, and the rest of my flowers planted.  Today will be much the same but a little warmer.  As long as there is a breeze and the humidity is low,  I won’t complain.

Our 9 AM temp is 64°F (17°C), the humidity is 51%, and skies are clear.  The pressure is 30.06 in (1017.7 mb) and steady.  Winds are from the SSW at 6 mph, and visibility is 10 miles.  The dew point is 47°F (8°C).  Yesterday’s high was 75°F (24°C) and the overnight low was 54°F (12°C).  The record high for June 7 is 98°F  (37°C) set in 1933, and the record low is 35°F (2°C)  set in 1949.  Normals are 76°F / 54°F.
