Mild And Rainy In Mid Michigan
It has been raining since I got up this morning. Some showers have been quite heavy. There was 0.18″ in my gauge at 8:45 and the rain had stopped by then. Now we are having intermittent showers and fog. Most of our snow is gone except for where the snow piles are, and I expect most of them will be gone by tonight. We are expecting our temperatures to climb to near 50°F today. Unfortunately, we have another cold spell coming and will turn all of this water to ice. Ugh! These roller coaster temps are creating havoc for everything.
Our 12:30 PM temp is 36°F, the humidity is 100%, and there is fog. Visibility is less than 1 mile. The pressure is 29.56 in and falling. Winds are from the east at 1-5 mph, and the dew point is 36°F. Yesterday’s high was 39°F and the overnight low was 31F. Average temps for this date are 30°F / 17°F. Sunrise was at 7:23 AM and sunset will be at 6:16 PM.
