Our morning is very warm and humid, typical for a July day in Michigan. Yesterday was sunny but the smoke from the Canadian wildfires was very evident in our skies and even looking at the horizon. Today is sunny but our skies look rather grey from the smoke from the western wildfires. Temperatures are much warmer than what we have had and that’s good for those who like hot weather. My flowers in my beds are looking good, but those in my pots are looking pretty bad. There is even mold forming on the dirt. Today was supposed to be rainy, but I’m seeing now that NOAA has reduced our rain chances to just 30%. I’m hoping that we don’t get any. The mosquitoes are horrid with all the rain that we’ve had.
