A Wonderful Sunny Day in Northern Michigan

After our Thursday being almost a complete wash out, today is absolutely wonderful.   The rain, which was supposed to continue into this morning, ended during the early evening, and we were able to have a campfire last night.  At home, the storms continued this morning and my son reported that there was 0.80 in in my gauge as of 9 AM.  Here in Cheboygan, my sister-in-law reported an inch of rain at the cabins.  In spite of rain, our temps remain warm today with highs in the mid 70s expected.

Our 2:30 PM temp is 75°F, the humidity is 43% and winds are from the west at 11 mph.  Skies are clear.  the pressure is 29.59 in and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 70°F and the overnight low was 53°F.
