Cloudy but Cooler in Mid Michigan

Cloudy but Cooler in Mid Michigan

It is a cooler morning than what we have had and it really feels great.  We did get a little rain yesterday, 0.12 inches.  There are showers and thunderstorms in our forecast for this afternoon, then we could see some clearing.  Winds will turn to the north and bring some relief from these stifling temperatures.  I’m going to try to get out for a bike ride this afternoon, but will have to see what happens with the rain.  The Midwest has been victimized by severe weather over the past several days and our area could see severe weather today.  Hopefully, it won’t happen.

Our 9:30 AM temp is 68.4°F (20°C), the humidity is 89% and skies are cloudy.  The dew point is 65°F (18°C) and winds are from the WSW at 4 mph.  Yesterday’s high was 81° (27°C) and the overnight low was 64°F (18°C).  The pressure is 29.8 in (1009.2 mb) and steady.
