Clear Skies But Continued Below Normal Temps – Mid Michigan

This morning is very chilly with temps in the teens.  We did have a lovely sunrise which compensates a bit, but it would certainly be nice for warmer weather to arrive.  Our snow is gone except for shady areas and we’re hoping that there will be no more this season.

Ou 8:15 AM temp is 19°F (-7°C), the humidity is 70%, and winds are from the NW at 5 mph giving us a wind chill of 14°F (-10°C).  The pressure is 30.23 in (1023.4 mb) and rising.  Skies are clear and visibility is 10 miles.  The dew point is 17°F (-8°C)  Sunrise was at 7:35 AM and sunset will be at 7:50 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 38°F (3°C) and the overnight low was 19°F (-7°C).  Averages for this date are 45°F / 29°F.  The record high for March 21 is 82°F set in 2012, and the record low is 5°F set in 1960.
