Some Much Needed Rain For Our Tuesday – Mid Michigan

We have finally received some rain although we could use much more.  There was 0.21″ in my gauge at 8 AM and it is still sprinkling.  Radar is showing much more to come.  This week will see above average temperatures, then cooling off once again for Easter weekend.  There is even the possibility of snow or rain/snow mix, something that most of us don’t want to hear.

Our 9 AM temp is 42°F (5°C),  the humidity is 88%, and skies are overcast with light rain.  Winds are from the south at 10 mph giving us a wind chill of 36°F (2°C).  The pressure is 29.97 in (1014.6 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 7 miles.  Sunrise was at 7:27 AM and sunset will be at 7:56 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 52°F (11°C) and the overnight low was 41°F (4°C).  Averages for this date are 46°F / 30°F.  The record high for March 26 is 74°F set in 1976, and the record low is 7°F set in 1923.
