Spring Has Arrived In Mid Michigan

Mother Nature is finally giving us some seasonable weather.  Yesterday was sunny but chilly.  Today, we could see 70°F for the first time in a while.  Tomorrow will be even better with highs expected in the upper 70s to low 80s.  Unfortunately, I have to work both today and tomorrow but I can still enjoy most of today.  As always, the hot weather brings the threat of severe weather and we have already been warned that’s a possibility by mid week.  We could really use some rain but not severe stuff.

Our 9:30 AM temp is 51°F (11°C), the humidity is 30%, and winds are from the WSW at 6 mph.  Skies are clear and visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 30.26 in (1024.4 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 18°F (-7°C).  Sunrise was at 6:31 AM and sunset will be at 8:36 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 58°F (15°C) and the overnight low was 31°F (0°C).  Averages for this date are 62°F / 42°F.
