Heading Into A Very Warm Weekend – Mid Michigan

This morning is perfect with plenty of sun and a light breeze. Highs should reach near 80°F.  Unfortunately, we have more rain coming for the weekend, something we don’t need.  We’ve been mowing the lawn about every 3 days and it just won’t quit growing.  I’m ready for that hot, dry summer that was predicted.

Our 10 AM temperature is 71°F (21°C), the humidity is 55%, and skies are clear.  The pressure is 30.01 in (1015.9 mb) and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles and winds are from the W at 5 mph.  The dew point is 52°F (11°C).  Yesterday’s high was 73°F (23°C) and the overnight low was 55°F (13°C).  Averages for this date are 75°F / 53°F.  The record high for June 6 is 100°F set in 1925, and the record low is 34°F set in 1998.
