A Welcome Cool-down in Mid Michigan

A Welcome Cool-down in Mid Michigan

Cooler temperatures and low humidity were the norm yesterday but any rain that developed totally missed us.  It was a very pleasant day and today should be much the same.  I think that we can give the AC a rest for awhile.  It has been too hot to get much done around the yard but the extended forecast is for cooler weather the remainder of the summer.  I’m fine with that.

Our 8 AM temp is 62°F (17°C), the humidity is 79% and winds are from the west at 5 mph.  Skies are clear and the pressure is 29.94 in and rising.  The dew point is 57°F (14°C).  Yesterday’s high was 82°F (28°C) and the overnight low was 59°F (15°C).  Averages for this date are 83°F / 60°F.   Sunrise was at 6:22 AM and sunset will be at 9:03 PM and tonight is full moon.
