A Windy But Sunny Tuesday – Mid Michgan

Once again, we have strong winds with gusts up to 30 mph; so even though it looks nice, it isn’t very pleasant being outdoors . . . . and forget combing your hair!  But it is what it is and I’m thankful for a sunny day.  The winds will continue into tomorrow   Our local Meteorologist, Mark Toragrossa is already talking about an Alberta Clipper heading our way and that’s not good news.  Isn’t it too early for us to be getting that kind of weather? I think Mark is trying to tell us that the remainder of October is going to be cold.  Our normal high for this date is 60°F and we haven’t even been close lately.

Our 1 PM temperature is 56°F (13°C), the humidity is 48%, and wind are from the southwest at 18 mph, gusting to 25 mph.  The pressure is 30.06 in and falling.  The dew point is 32°F (0°C).   Yesterday’s high was 52°F (11°C) and the overnight low was 33°F (1°C).  Averages for this date are 60°F / 42°F.  Sunrise was at 7:50 AM and sunset will be at 6:52 PM.
