Continued Hot And Dry In Mid Michigan

With all the complaining that we did about too much rain, now we could really use some.  We haven’t had a good rain since July 5, and with all of this heat, it is really getting dry.  Today will still be quite comfortable but then we are really going to get hit with some temps well into the 90s.  That’s much too hot for my liking.  Tropical Storm Barry will be moving our way and that seems to be our next best chance at a good rainfall.  I’m sure the people of Louisiana would be happy to send it to us.

Our 9:30 AM temperature is 68°F (20°C), the humidity is 63%, and winds are calm.  Skies are clear and visibility is 10 miles.  The dew point is 54°F (12°C), and the pressure is 30.17 in (1021.7 mb) and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 90°F (32°C) and the overnight low was 61°F (16°C).  Averages for this date are 82°F / 59°F.  Sunrise was at 6:10 AM and sunset will be at 9:15 PM.
