A Change Coming In The Weather – Mid Michigan

There is a cold front approaching the state which spawned some pretty powerful thunderstorms yesterday.  Fortunately, we were spared and didn’t even get a drop here.   More are in the forecast for today with much cooler temperatures expected for the remainder of the week.  I’m happy.  This hot, humid, oppressive weather just drains me.  I can’t even get anything done outdoors.  I’m hoping that the 90s are behind us for the year.

Our 10 AM temperature is 80°F (27°C), the humidity is 66%, and skies are partly cloudy.  The dew point is 66°F (19°C), and winds are from the SSW at 11 mph.  The pressure is 29.86 in (1011.2 mb) and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 86°F (30°C) and the overnight low was 71°F (22°C).  Averages for this date are 83°F / 60°F.  Sunrise was at 6:24 AM and sunset will be at 9:01 PM.
