Very Cold Weather Heading Our Way – Mid Michigan

Our morning is starting out with clearing skies and temps in the 30s.  Our extended forecast is calling for temperatures much below normal  over the next two weeks.  Thanksgiving Day is only a few weeks away and I’m thinking that it may be a white one.  One local meteorologist is saying that we could get up to 2 inches of snow tomorrow.  Although that seems a bit early, it isn’t that unusual.

Our 9:15 AM temperature is 38°F (3°C), the humidity is 72% and skies are partly cloudy.  Winds are from the west at 9 mph and the dew point is 34°F (1°C).  The pressure is 30.15 in (1021.0 mb) and rising.  Visibility is 10 miles and the wind chill is 32°F (0°C).  Yesterday’s high was 57°F (14°C) and the overnight low was 35°F (2°C).  Sunrise was at 7:15 AM and sunset will be at 5:23 PM.
