We woke to about 2 inches of snow cover and it’s still coming down.  I’m hearing that we could get as much as 6 inches by the time it’s over.  A winter weather advisory is in effect until midnight. I guess winter is really here.  At least I don’t have to drive to work in it anymore

Our 9:30 AM temperature is 28.6°F (-2°C), the humidity is 92% and the pressure is 30.17 in and falling.  Skies are overcast with snow.  The dew point is 26°F (-3°C).  Winds are from the north at 10 mph and the wind chill is 19°F (-7°C).  Visibility is about 3 quarters of a mile.  Yesterday’s high was 44°F (6°C) and the overnight low was 28°F (-2°C).  Average temps for this date are 49°F / 35°F.

Tonight:  Snow showers with record low temps expected.    Low 17°F.  Winds NNW at 5-10 mph.  Chance of snow 60% with an additional inch possible.

Tuesday:  Suns and clouds mixed,.  High 25°F.  Winds NW at 10-15 mph.

Tuesday Night:  Partly cloudy overnight.  Record low temps expected of 8°F.  Winds light and variable.
