Cloudy And Seasonable Temps In Mid Michigan

We are getting a few peeks of the sun this morning although the sky is mostly cloudy.  Temperatures should be a little warmer, and if the sun would be out for a while, we could get rid of some of this ice.  That’s the trouble with ice storms.  Afterward, it always get very cold and we’re stuck with it until the next good thaw.  And we never know how soon that will happen.  At least there aren’t any big storms expected in our immediate future . . . . . at least for now.

Our 10 AM temperature is 23°F (-5°C), the humidity is 79%, and skies are mostly cloudy.  Winds are from the SW at 10 mph. giving us a wind chill of 16°F (-9°C).  The dew point is 16°F (-9°C).  The pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles.   Yesterday’s high was 20°F (-7°C) and the overnight low was 17°F (-8°C).  Sunrise was at 8 AM and sunset will be at 5:36 PM.
