Rain And Drizzle For Our Friday – Mid Michigan

Rain And Drizzle For Our Friday – Mid Michigan

Our snow pack is now down to 2.5 inches and still melting.  I can’t believe how warm our winter has been so far.  Frankenmuth is having their winter festival with all the ice and snow carvings.  This rain certainly hasn’t been helping them any.  At least temps will be comfortable for those who attend.  We aren’t expecting any sun today and it should be much like yesterday.  We are shoveling more of the ice off our deck little by little, and I now have a path cleared down to the wood.  There is no extreme weather in our forecast anytime soon, and I hope that we can get rid of all the ice before another storm hits.

Our 9:15 AM temperature is 34°F (1°C), the humidity is 98% and winds are from the south at 6 mph.  The pressure is 29.52 in (999.7 mb) and steady.  Skies are overcast and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 36°F (2°C) and the overnight low was 34°F (1°C).  Average temps for this date are 26°F / 13°F.  Sunrise was at 7:58 AM and sunset will be at 5:39 PM.
