Another Winter Event Heading Our way – Mid Michigan

Current forecasts don’t seem as ominous as what I heard a few days ago.  They were actually talking blizzard conditions.  Now they are predicting just 1-3 inches in our area with winds in the 20 mph range.  I think we can deal with that.  We had some sun earlier but now clouds have moved in.  The snow is expected to begin late tonight and continue into tomorrow.

Our 2 PM temperature is 32°F (0°C), the humidity is 66% and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the southwest at 6-11 mph, and the pressure is 29.86 in (1011.2 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles and the dew point is 21°F (-6°C).  The wind chill is 26°F (-3°C).  Yesterday’s high was 35°F (2°C) and the overnight low was 19°F (-8°C).  Sunrise was at 7:38 AM and sunset will be at 6:03 PM.
