The Last Day Of Winter In Mid Michigan

The Last Day Of Winter In Mid Michigan

Most days this past winter season have seen above average temperatures, and this seems to be continuing as spring approaches.  We have seen quite a few sunny days which is a bit unusual for February and March in Michigan.  I am hoping that it continues into the next few months since we had almost no summer last year.  It would be nice to have some normal weather for awhile.  Any snow that we got was gone within a few days, and snow storms were few and far between.  To be honest, I wouldn’t mind winter at all if they were all like this season has been.

Our 11:15 AM temperature is 43°F (6°C), the humidity is 58%, and winds are from the east at 2-6 mph.  Skies are mostly cloudy.  The pressure is 30.07 in (1018.3 mb) and falling.  The dew point is 29°F (-2°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 50°F (10°C) and the overnight low was 28°F (-2°C).  Average temps for this date are 44°F / 28°F.  Sunrise was at 7:41 AM and sunset will be at 7:47 PM.
