March Weather Has Returned To Michigan

We woke to about half an inch of graupel this morning.  Rain moved in about 11 PM last night leaving 0.13″ in my gauge.  Temperatures fell, winds picked up and the rain changed to frozen precip.  That will be the order of the day I’m afraid.  At least we have a little sun this morning but that won’t do much to warm in up.  Highs are only expected to reach near 40°.

Our 9:15 AM temp is 36°F (2°C), the humidity is 65% and skies are partly cloudy.  Winds are from the NNW at 7-21 mph, and the dew point is 25°F (-4°C).  The pressure is 29.67 in (1004.7 mb) and rising. Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 59°F (15°C) and the overnight low was 31°F (-1°C).  Averages for this date are 59°F / 39°F.
