Heavy Rain For Our Wednesday – Mid Michigan

Heavy Rain For Our Wednesday – Mid Michigan

They said that we would get rain but I didn’t expect what we’re getting.  We’ve been getting moderate to heavy rain since about 4 AM and there is no let-up at this time.  My weather station is showing 0.69″ since 3:48 AM.  Some areas have already gotten over an inch and I think we will also by the time it ends.  Radar is showing that it won’t happen very soon.  The state really needed this.  Our last good rain here was on August 15, so we were really overdue.

Our 10 AM temperature is 64°F (18°C), the humidity is 99% and the dew point is 64°F (18°C).  Winds are calm and visibility is 4 mph.  The pressure is 30.00 in (1015.9 mb) and rising.  Skies are overcast with moderate rain.  Yesterday’s high was 89°F (32°C) and the overnight low was 63°F (17°C).  Average temps for this date are 79°F/ 57°.  Sunrise was at 6:55 AM and sunset will be at 8:20 PM.
