A Cloudy, Very Chilly Day In Mid Michigan

Temperatures fell quickly yesterday afternoon after the storms passed and lows overnight dipped below freezing.  Ice covered my rain gauge this morning and there was 0.29″ from the previous storms.  We were under a severe TS warning but we only got heavy rain and strong winds.  There was no damage in my area that I know of.  Today began with clear skies but have now become mostly cloudy.  Highs will not be very warm today or the rest of this week.

Our 2:45 PM temperature is 44F (7C), the humidity is 65%, and winds are from the NW at 2-6 mph.  Skies are mostly cloudy.  The pressure is 30.09 in (1019.0 mb) and falling.  The dew point is 33F (1C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 72F (22C) and the overnight low was 31F (-1C).  Average temps for this date are 55F / 40F. Sunrise was at 8:01 AM and sunset will be at 6:38 PM.
