Another Bright, Sunny, Cold Day In Mid Michigan

It didn’t get quite as cold last night and it should be a little warmer today.  The sun is out and it doesn’t seem quite a cold.  Winds are quite light and our snow cover remains at around 5.5 inches.  It seems to snow every night anymore . . . . not much, just an inch or less.  I’m hoping for a day where the temps rise about freezing, but it doesn’t appear to be happening anytime soon.  At least we have some sun today.

Our 12:30 PM temp is 19F (-7C), the humidity is 67%, and skies are partly cloudy.  The dew point is 9F (-13C)  Winds are from the west at 3-6 mph and the wind chill is 10F (-12C).  The pressure is 30.13 in (1020.3 mb) and steady.  This morning was hazy and there was some hoarfrost on the trees and bushes.  Yesterday’s high was 18F (-8C) and the overnight low was 1F (-17C).  Sunrise was at 7:42 AM and sunset will be at 5:59 PM.
