Another Two Inches Of Snow For Us – Mid Michigan

Our skies have cleared somewhat and we have a mix of sun and clouds right now.  Temperatures are definitely warmer than what we have had and the two inches of new snow from last night has now increased our snow cover to 15 inches.    We shoveled the deck early for the dog and it has now melted down to wood.  We keep getting an inch or two almost everyday and none of it melts.  My heart goes out to the folks in Texas still without power, and I hope they get it back on soon.  I can’t believe the nasty remarks that I’m reading on Facebook.  Everyone is an expert on what should be done.

Our 2:15 PM temp is 29F (-2C), the humidity is 69%, and skies are partly cloudy.  It’s amazing how warm the sun feels already.  Winds are from the SW at 4-7 mph, and the pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles and the wind chill is 21F (-6C).  Yesterday’s high is 23F (-5C) and the overnight low was 17F (-8C).  Average temps for this date are 30F / 16F.
