Very Mild Temperature For Our Sunday – Mid Michigan

We had a lot of thawing yesterday and highs got near 50 degrees.  We should see highs in the 50s once again today and that should take care of at least half of what snow we have left.  Our snow cover is now down to about 70% and it measure anywhere from 1-4 inches where it still remains.  There is even rain in the forecast and I’m hoping that it doesn’t leave a layer of ice on everything.  This is the last day of February and I’m always happy to see March 1 come.  Even if we get more snow, we know that it won’t last long.

Our 1:45 PM temperature is 47F (8C), the humidity is 83%, and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the SS at 3-8 mph and the wind chill is 43F (6C).  The dew point is 41F (5C) and visibility is 7 miles.  The pressure is 29.49 in (998.7 mb) and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 49F (9C) and the overnight low was 32F (0C).  Sunrise was at 7:14 AM and sunset will be at 6:24 PM.
