A Very Warm April Day In Mid Michigan

After yesterday morning’s thundershowers, the remainder of the day was partly cloudy and mild.  We received just under half an inch of rain.  Temps were in the mid 60s most of the day so it was nice to be out and about.  This weather is really spoiling us, and when it returns to normal, we’ll complain.  Today has had a light layer of clouds and filtered sunlight has been shining through.  Highs could reach pretty close to 80F and I’ve been busy getting a few screens on my windows this morning.  It seems good to be able to air out the house.  There is no rain in our forecast until perhaps tomorrow night.

Our 1 PM temp is 73°F (23°C), the humidity is 54%, and winds are from the ESE at 4-15 mph.  The pressure is 29.74 in (1007.1 mb) and falling.  The dew point is 51°F (11°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 65°F (18°C) and the overnight low was 42°F (6°C).  Average temps for this date are 51°F / 33°F.
