Our Last Hot Day For A While – Mid Michigan

Today will be the warmest day that we will have for a while.  Highs should reach the mid to upper 80s with rain in the forecast for tonight.  That should cool us off for the next several days.  But we’re expecting a drastic cool down for the weekend with highs only in the 50s and 60s.  We received quarter of an inch of rain yesterday and I’m hoping for more tonight.  We are heading for the campground on Thursday and the forecast is showing that it will be down right cold up there for a few days.  That’s just our luck.  It doesn’t look like Memorial Day will be very good for swimming or boating, but maybe the weather will change by then.

Our 2:15 PM temperature is 86F (30C), the humidity is 44%, and winds are from the ESE at 11-16 mph.  Skies are cloudy.  The pressure is 29.73 in (1006.8 mb) and falling.  Visibility is 10 miles and the dew point is 58F (14C).  Yesterday’s high was 80F (27C) and the overnight low was 65F (18C). Average temps for this date are 72F / 49F.  Sunrise was at 6:05 AM and sunset will be at 9:03 PM.
