Back In The Deep Freese Once Again – Mid Michigan
Yesterday was a calm day but very cold. Highs were only in the teens, as they are expected to be today. We had a mix of rain and snow Friday night which left a covering of ice everywhere. The road is still ice covered but roughed up enough to get pretty good traction. There is another winter storm coming but the weather models aren’t sure if we will get rain or snow. One was showing possibly a foot for my area and I sure hope it’s wrong. This storm is supposed to hit on Thursday so no definite forecast is available yet. Wednesday is supposed to be very warm with highs expected into the upper 40s. I just wish it would stay there.
Our 2 PM temperature is 18°F (-8°C), the humidity is 75%, and skies are cloudy. Winds are from the NE at 3-6 mph and the wind chill is 13°F (-11°C). The dew point is 10°F (-12°C).
