A Cloudy, Damp Tuesday For Mid Michigan

Compared to the last few days, today is miserable.  It is cold, damp, and windy.  We have had a few periods of sprinkles but no significant rainfall today.  We had a little rain yesterday but the temps were much warmer.  We still have another day like this before we will have a warm-up.  The National Weather Service is predicting a cooler than normal May for our part of the country.  That will leave a lot of uncertainty as when to plant.  Not good.

Our 4:15 pm temperature is 43°F, the humidity is 79%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the W at 3-11 mph, and the dew point is 35°F.  The pressure is 29.96 in and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 65°F and the overnight low was 36°F.    Average temps for this date are 60°F / 40°F.  Sunrise was at 6:37 am and sunset will be at 8:31 pm.
