A Big Cool-Down For Mid Michigan

A Big Cool-Down For Mid Michigan

After a stretch of 90 degree days, we finally have some relief.  Our high today is supposed to be in the low 70s, and I had my doubts that we would reach it, but we finally have.  We started out with clear skies, but now it is mostly cloudy and quite windy.  We aren’t expecting any rain, but with the wind, it feels quite chilly out there.  I’m happy to give the AC a rest.  This won’t hast long as another round of hot air will arrive by Thursday, bringing us back to the upper 80s and low 90s once again, just in time for the holiday weekend.

Our 2:45 PM temperature is 73°F, the humidity is 41%, and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the west at 5-15 mph, the dew point is 47°F and the pressure is 29.92 in and steady.  Visibility is 16 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 89°F and the overnight low was 54°F.  Average temps for this date are 81°F / 59°F.  Sunrise was at 5:59 AM and sunset will be at  9:20 PM.
