We received some much needed rain overnight but it was only 0.17″ which isn’t much.  I guess it’s better than nothing.  Our weather has cooled off a little but there is another bout of hot air coming.  The holiday weekend looks to be nice as far as the weather goes, and that should make a lot of campers happy.  We won’t be going anywhere but the kids will all be home, and we always have a big fire and maybe some fireworks.
