Hopefully, The Last Of Our Hot Weather – Mid Michigan

We had a thunderstorm yesterday afternoon which dropped 0.74″ of rain on us.  Overnight, we received another 0.03″, so I think we have enough rain for a while.  Today was supposed to be the beginning of our cool-down, but now the high is expected to reach the upper  80s once again.  The rest of the week should see highs only in the 70s.  That sounds wonderful to me.  This has been the hottest summer that we have had in a long time.

Our 12:15 PM temperature is 80°F, the humidity is 84%, and skies are cloudy.  Winds are from the SSW at 5-12 mph, and the pressure is 29.80 in and falling.  The dew point is 74°F and visibility is 10 miles.  Sunrise was at 6;34 AM, and sunset will be at 8:49 PM.  Yesterday’s high was 88°F and the overnight low was 73°F.  Average temps for this date are 83°F / 59°F.
