Cold With More Snow For Mid Michigan

Cold With More Snow For Mid Michigan

At least we aren’t under a winter storm watch / warning like western and northern portions of our state.  We do, however, continue to have periodic snow showers.  Most of the snow has been melting since the ground is still quite warm.  There is about an inch of snow cover where it hasn’t melted and our forecast is for more of the same over the next several days and into the weekend.  Right now, our next possible sunny day is next Wednesday, which is good since we have to drive to Detroit.  I hope that this below average cold doesn’t last too long.

Our 2:15 PM temperature is 33°F, the humidity is 82%, and skies are overcast.  The dew point is 28°F and visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 29.75 in and falling.  Winds are from the WSW at 5-15 mph.  Yesterday’s high was 35°F and the overnight low was 23°F.  Average temps for this date are 46°F / 31°F.  Sunrise was at 7:32 AM and sunset will be at 5:13 PM.
