Little Sun, More Clouds In Mid Michigan

Little Sun, More Clouds In Mid Michigan

We have another dreary day, but the sun did peek out briefly this afternoon.  We had a few sprinkles early this morning, but it left not much more than a trace of rain.  Temperatures are right around normal for this date, and winds are light.  We went out and did a bit of Christmas shopping and mine is about done, thank heavens.  I’m hearing that our chances for a white Christmas are pretty good and I hope it happens.  Snow this time of year is welcome, at least I think so.  I does make these dreary, short  days seem much brighter.

Our 5:15 PM temperature is 40°F, the humidity is 90% and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the NE at 0-3 mp and the dew point is 35°F.  Visibility is 10 miles.  The pressure is 29.91 in and steady.  Our rainfall amount over the past 24 hours was 0.01″.  Yesterday’s high was 40°F and the overnight low was 35°F.  Average temps for this date are 38°F / 25°F.  Sunrise was at 7:54 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.
