Not Much Change In Mid Michigan

Our weather pattern has become stagnant, but we should see some changes beginning tomorrow.  I don’t think we’ll see much if any sun today, but it would be nice to see a little clearing later.  The past four days have given us wet, chilly, gloomy weather.  We had light snow mixed with rain yesterday, which left a trace of snow on the deck.  Temperatures have remained unchanged, hovering close to the freezing mark.  I don’t mind the cold temps, I just wish we’d see some sun.  The dark dreariness gets old after a while.

Our 12:15 PM temperature is 32°F, the humidity is 73%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the north at 4-9 mph, and the dew point is 23°F.  The wind chill is 27°F and the pressure is 30.31 in and rising.  Visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 37°F and the overnight low was 30°F.  Average temps for this date are 30°F / 17°F.  Record temps for Jan.6 are 61°F / -14°F.  Sunrise was at 8:08 AM and sunset will be at 5:18 PM.
